Favourite Winter Nail Polish| Tiffanyblueandloves

Hello everyone, and welcome back to my blog. So this blog is going to be particularly beauty related. In fact, it's going to be on NAILS! *Screams* Personally, I just think that nails are a great way to show emotions and inner-feelings, especially for the seasons. You must know how much I love nails if you've seen my previous blog post regarding 'How to keep your nails healthy'. I'm not even sure if I'm the only one who thinks like this but oh wells. I feel that nails are a type of inner art that everyone can feel passionate about (Unless you're a guy, I mean there's nothing wrong in it, lol) and therefore I just wanted you give you'se lot a small insight into my choices of nail polish. BEWARE: I'mma nail lover. Hahha! :)

This Miss Sporty Nail polish is amazing. I promise. And the greatest thing is that it's only for 2 pounds each. I was pretty much surprised when I saw the price, in fact I was shocked to see it in Boots when I first purchased it and so I decided to try it out. At first I decided to get the black nail polish from Miss Sporty because I just really wanted to try it out as fall was coming through its way and so I wanted to just warm things up. So as Christmas came up I really loved the pigmentation of my very first purchase and so I finally decided to get my second purchase and I must say I am NOT disappointed.

Miss Sporty Nail Polish in shade 10

I just totally love the pigmentation, it doesn't come off and even if you try to scratch it off if still doesn't come off. The royal blue color has to be my favorite as it totally screams out Christmas! Also, another great thing about it is that it's very seasonal, the royal blue totally reminds me of Christmas. One thing that I found too was that they had a little sparkle in them, you may be able to notice just as I did if you look very closely adding a special touch to its beauty.

It is literally TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE. I never realized how amazing Miss Sporty was until I tried out this beautiful shaded nail polish. There are actually so many more shades from the same brand to buy, seriously I just want to grab every single one of them. It is perfect for a girls winter night in or even a pamper night if you just wanted to jazz things up ;) You could totally even customize it to your own preferences by maybe doing some creative patterns with them or even different shades on each finger, it's UP TO YOU!!!

Personally, I think that if you're tight on budget just like myself, and still want to take on the art of nails then this shade perfect for Christmas. When I see a brand like Miss Sporty, I don't really see the need of buying from such high end brands, I mean, I'm so sure that they're gonna be amazing too, no harm in buying them but the cheaper ones are satisfying as well and totally do the job. I also spotted some more nude, summer shades when I went to BOOTS and I'm so looking forward to buy them when Summer comes near.

Thank you so so so so much for visiting my blog and checking out my personal faves...

Hope you enjoyed xo

How To Keep Your Nails Healthy| Tiffanyblueandloves

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog. Now, judging by the title, you'se must all know by now that this blog post is going to be based on NAILS. Yass, I love nails. Out of all personal care, nails is probably one of the most time I spend on. More specifically I am going to be talking about how to keep your nails healthy. Now, I know that my nails are not the 'perfect' nails, even though there is no such thing as perfect to me, everyone is unique and perfect in their own ways, but I would consider my nails as pretty healthy as I have noticed that they do not chip easily and neither are they brittle. I mean, regarding the shape of my nails, I personally quite like it, but they're more towards the 'square' side of nails but I guess that's not much of a problem. Before I start my tips, I would just like to leave a picture of my nails so you could see:

But anyway, now getting onto the actual TIPS!

***

My very first tip is to take care of your diet. You know, I never believed my mum when I used to moan about my skin, nails and hair and she would always tell me to take care of my diet, I used to just ignore that. But now I realize how right Mamma was. What you eat can be reflected on your outside and therefore you need to eat well in order to have the nails you want. Our nails are practically made of a PROTEIN called keratin and so you seriously need to make sure that you have enough protein in your diet. The one thing I love to pieces and have around 3 times a week is egg, hahha. It makes so much of a difference. Now, here's a little story that I wanna tell you'se amazing people about me and my sister. So, my sister till this day doesn't have egg, she just doesn't like it for some reason, but I'm totally opposite, I love egg and incorporate it within  my diet in many ways. My sister always comes up to me and asks me how I get my nails to grow so fast and how they don't chip because her nails are not neccesariy unhealthy but they don't grow as fast and even if they do they tend to chip. Also, I tend to have quite an oily scalp, in fact it's very oily and her scalp hardly produces any oil. So then I finally figured out that this was due to the fact that she didn't eat egg. Essentially, your hair and nail cells are all made of protein and therefore we need to provide it with all it needs so that us girls can be on our nail game (hahha, get it?? Brow game, nail game, lol).

My second tip is to have a lot of water. You know, water is just that one beautiful blessing of god that we take for granted and we really shouldn't because some of us waste so much gallons of water and some unfortunate people in many poor countries spend 8 hours collecting it so use it wisely :)

Another tip is something that all girls love to do, I mean, personally I'm obsessed. I'll give you a little moment to guess. Hmm... Take a guess. Yep, you guessed it, NAIL POLISH. Now obviously nails are amazing and we love decorating using our intuition/imagination. I'm not even saying it's wrong, we're girls so, yep! The nail polish isn't really the problem, the real problem is the nail polish remover, it strips off some of the natural goodness to protect our nails and make them healthy. So, try to minimize the use of a nail polish remover, I know that we have no other option to remove nail polish with unfortunately. But if you still want your nails to look cute, you could totally wear a nail color for a whole week instead of changing the color every other day.

Now, this tip may seem a bit short but it's one of the biggest tips that have actually worked for me. When cutting your nails, make sure that you look at tips of how to carefully cut your nails to prevent them from breakage, this will help your nails by preventing them from chipping and tips that will not damage your nails.

My last and final tip is OLIVE OIL. Just like our scalp needs massaging, our phone needs charging and we need sleep our nails need a bit of love as well. So, to stimulate healthy growth of nails, every 2-4 weeks give it a good rubbing so our nails and cuticles stay nice and healthy. Remember, if you haven't got a good base, you will most likely not have a great result.

That was all for my tips ladies. I really hope you enjoyed. Leave any comments below if you have any questions and I'll love to answer them. I do realise that almost every girl takes pride in their appearance, but just remember that it's not our outside that defines us, it's our INSIDE that matters. Lots of love xo

Winter Skincare Routine| Tiffanyblueandloves

Hello people of the world and welcome back to my blog. As the weather has been dramatically changing I also have had to change up my skincare routine to make sure that my skin doesn't get dry, unhealthy and to also prevent any breakouts (come on, let's be honest, who really wants to breakout). The products that I show throughout this blog post, I have been using them since around 2-3 months now and I truly recommend them, they're great skin products and I feel that they help my skin maintain all of the healthiness and bright up a bit. I tend t use most of these products on a daily basis, so without any further comments let's get started:

Neutrogena visibly clear face scrub
Personally, I use this face wash only 2 times a week as it's of course a face scrub. I know you may be thinking, oh what does she use throughout the rest of the days to wash her face. Well, I use the simple face wash on a daily basis, however, that run out and therefore I'm so sorry I couldn't include it. The great thing that I love about this scrub is that its not too much of a scrub, by this I mean that it doesn't have too much of thick beeds and so it's gentle on the skin which is a win win situation. I firstly rinse my face with warm water and then apply this onto my face, it turns into a white fluffy texture and then I leave it on for around 2 minutes and rinse it off using cold water.

Clean & Clear blackhead clearing cleanser
I use a cotton wool pad to apply this cleanser. I only use this once a week before I apply my moisturiser, not all the time. I just feel that it's vital to cleanse with a cleanser every now and then to remove access unwanted oils.

Simple moisturiser
Now this simple moisturiser is what I love. It really is SIMPLE as it says on the packaging. I remember when I used to use many scented creams on my face such as dove, I didn't really know what harm they could do to my acne prone skin and so when I found this cream I instantly noticed a change in my skin. Believe it or not, it smells of nothing, LEGIT. My acne has reduced so much since I've started using this cream and I would really love if you'se could purchase this too, I promise you will not be disappointed. And the great thing about this was that this was only for around £3 and the brand also have regular offers and therefore you can get half price on some of their products such as the face washes. If you have acne prone skin, and you're a teenager, even if you're not a teenager you can still use this and the results are amazing, they'll blow your mind.

Clean & Clear anti-blemish gel
I don't always use this, only when I have a spot coming up. I use my fingers to gently apply this on the spot and then I leave it overnight and even though it doesn't totally get rid of the spot, the redness mostly goes and the size reduces by a lot.

Nivea lip butter in blueberry blush

Now I know this isn't really skincare but I just apply this on my lippy's as it's really moisturising and has a perfect winter scent.

So that's a wrap up for my skincare, I hope you enjoyed and can maybe take any advice from this maybe even purchase them if you liked the sound of it. Thank you :) xo

Zoella Beauty Review| Tiffanyblueandloves

So recently I have purchased the Zoella beauty 'creamy madly dreamy' body lotion and so I decided to share my thoughts with you'se lot, maybe you're interested. Now, personally I have been watching Zoella since so long, I've been loving her videos and still am. I actually started watching Zoe Sugg around mid 2012 and since then I have been addicted with her (LITERALLY). Her videos are very high quality and the great thing that I love about Zoella us that not only does she do beauty videos, but she also does general lifestyle and highly relate able videos- That's what I love. I feel that every beauty guru needs to do something like Zoella where viewers can get an insight into them. I especially have recently be loving her cooking video regarding Christmas, oh my god, those cute melting snowman cookies, I basically fell in love. In fact, I might even make some of them and maybe do a little blog post about how they went.

I now watch her vlogs and read her blogs frequently. They're amazing and I'm so pleased that I came across her. I even watch her brother Joe Sugg and many mother Youtubers, I even watch Alfie Deyes. Aw, #Zalfie. They're just so cute together, it's so sweet. Oh, and I cannot forget Nala.

And so when I found out the Zoe had her own BEAUTY LINE I was basically thrilled. OMG! I was heck desperate. Seeing so many beauty gurus on Youtube using Zoe's products got me feeling in some way, hahha. So, guess what??? I finally took a trip to Boots and found it there :) Yass.

SEEING HER ZOELLA BEAUTY LAUNCH I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE BEAUTIFUL!!

I only managed to get the body lotion, I haven't yet tried out the other products such as the soak opera but judging by this lotion, I can sure tell that they are going to be well amazing. I've seen many demonstrations too, I just love how the fizz bar bubbles up, it's phenomenal. I'm right now craving for the candle too, as well as the body mist.

Anyways, so now I'm going to actually tell you what I thought about the 'Creamy madly dreamy body lotion...

***
The actual packaging is amazing within itself. I totally love how the packaging alone portrays such an insight into Zoe's character alone. At first I thought that not much product will be in there but then I realised how much it really did contain. Many other creams just have a large packaging and not so much product within but with this one I was totally overwhelmed. It was seriously worth the price I paid at £5- I am aware that this may be a little pricey but believe me, You will NOT REGRET (Just reminded myself of Dappy there, ha). I've now had this cream for a whole month and it's still not finished with it. In terms of what I use this for, I usually use this on my hands on a daily basis and only on my arms once I've had a shower, I mean, I would totally love to use this everywhere else on my body, however, scented lotions cause some itching on my skin so I just use E45 instead but surely for those of you who don't have sensitive skin like me can totally go ahead with it. Okay so I know this may seem very weird but sometimes I actually do use it to massage my fingers and my nails, it is
literally so moisturising.

I'm really awful at describing scents but I will try. It smells really girly and even though the scent isn't too strong, it still gives a subtle touch, that's what I love about it. It kind of smells a bit citrusy with a touch of lavender in my eyes but I'm not sure what you guys will think. Oh wells, I guess everyone smells differently (Lol). It smells a bit like the Lush 'bubblegum' lip scrub, I'm not really sure if that will help but that's just what I figured out. It smells a bit sweet too with a touch of shea butter but overall it's a perfect everyday scent.

The texture is not sticky at all, it's amazingly moisturising. The application of the product is one of the best things about it.

The only thing that I would say is that the smells are not really that long lasting and that's a real shame because the scent is fabaliciouse.

***
I really hope that all of you lovely people enjoyed my review as I certainly enjoyed sharing my view with everyone. This is indeed one of my favourite creams and so I would really put this in my top 5. Thank you so much for reading!

Princess Aurora Make-up look| Tiffanyblueandloves

So today I just wanted to show you a Disney look inspired by Aurora from Maleficent. Now, I am just totally obsessed with this one, it's amazing and the characters played were magnificent too. I felt like it was another side of the Sleeping Beauty. I still remember going to the Cinemas with my friends watching this film, I loved everything about the movie and obviously me being me I kind of paid too much attention to the beauty side of Aurora and decided to go for a Aurora inspired make-up look as it's overall a really neutral, everyday, wearable look. So, lets get into it :)

                                                                                     ***

For the eyebrows you want to go for a very natural tint, however yet it needs to be filled to achieve the Aurora look and therefore I advise to try and actually use a thin angled brush in order to detail in the hairs properly. I would personally recommend to use a brown bold eyebrow shade.

On the lids, she barely even had any eye-shadow, if it was me then I think you could just deepen up the crease with a bit of 'nooner' from the naked pallet or just an overall medium brown eye-shadow shade, it doesn't even have to be high end.

For mascara, a brown mascara would work as it gives the most natural effect.

On the cheeks, you don't want something too vibrant or punchy, personally I would go for a flushed look of peach on the cheeks. You could use a light pink/peachy shade such as the Nyx cream blush in rose petal.

Now this step is optional, but you could slightly contour if you wished too.

For the lips, you can really choose any light purple shade to be honest, however, if you're tight on budget just like me then I would totally recommend to use the electro babylips in 'berry bomb'.

Another optional step is to highlight the cheekbones lightly.

***

And that's pretty much all there is to the Disney Princess Aurora look, can you just see how simple it is. I mean, I'm certainly looking forward to try out this look and I hope you'se are just as excited to try this look out and feel the magic yourself. Hope you enjoyed!
